- DAY 15Keep what you needYou pay only for what you kept. Anything else pauses, nothing is deleted, and you can turn it back on later.
Questions
I already pay for Passtastic. What changes for me?
Nothing. You keep your plan at your price for as long as you want.
What if I don’t choose anything by the end of the trial?
If you haven't added a card, nothing is charged. After a short grace period your account pauses until you pick what to keep: your customers keep their card in their wallet, but stamps and rewards wait until you continue. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a limit on customers?
No. Every account has unlimited customers, stamps and rewards, and Wallet push messages are free. Only SMS sends use message credits.
What happens if I stop paying for a pack?
It pauses. Your messages, questions and settings stay saved, and your customers’ cards keep working. Turn it back on any time.
Can I add a pack later?
Yes. When you tap something that is part of a pack, you see the pack, its price and your new total before you add it.
I have more than one location. How does that work?
One loyalty card and one customer list cover all your locations, and each extra location comes with its own scanner. From 2 locations, you can limit staff to their own location. To compare your locations side by side, add Know your customers. Packs are priced per location: with 3 locations, each pack costs 3 times its single‑location price. Extra locations are priced separately, shown in the calculator above.
Are bookings included?
Yes. Table bookings and appointments are part of every plan and every location: no fee per booking, per guest, per client or per team member, no commission.
I installed Passtastic from an app store. Do these prices apply?
No. If you installed Passtastic from an app store (IdoSell), your plan is billed by that platform, at its prices. Packs bought on this page don't apply to that store.
