Customer story · iGlam Lash & Beauty · Jacksonville
A loyalty program brought back, this time in the wallet.
iGlam Lash & Beauty is a lash and brow salon in Jacksonville, Florida, with eight team members. After switching booking systems and losing their Square loyalty program, owner Charnaé brought it back via Apple and Google Wallet — without going back to paper punch cards.

"The clients were really glad that we brought it back. They use it, they definitely want their points, and they redeem their points."
— Charnaé Wynn, Owner
Read the full iGlam Lab story →Once we switched booking sites, the new processor did not offer a loyalty program. I knew we would never get one. So we removed the loyalty program and added something that we sell, which are pretty much packages, where people can get discounts on lashes. But I really didn't like that method, only because it pretty much offered a discount for nothing.
On the gap that drove the switch
How clients earn
"The customers are actually pretty good at remembering to get their points when they leave, and if not, the front desk will ask them — are you a part of our rewards program?"
Why digital wallet
"I never heard of a digital wallet loyalty card, but it made sense when I found it. I thought that would be a good fit for our customers."
WHY IT WORKS
A loyalty program that fits how a salon runs
Your chair, your colors, your clients' phones. Campaigns land between appointments so you don't have to remember who to remind.
🎁
Clients join with a single tap
Stick a QR code at your reception desk, add it to appointment reminders, or pop the link on your Instagram bio. One tap and the card lands in their Apple or Google Wallet — no app, no signup, no password. By their next visit, the card is already waiting on their phone.
🔁
A program shaped like your salon
Stamps for the "8 visits, free upgrade" clients. Points for your biggest spenders. Memberships for your monthly-facial regulars. Pick the one that matches how your clients already rebook — or combine them. Add your logo and colors and you're ready in a few minutes.
🚀
Campaigns nudge them back before they forget
A birthday treatment on the house. A "due for a touch-up?" nudge three weeks after their last cut. A "we miss you" message when a regular hasn't rebooked in two months. Campaigns run on their own and land on your clients' lock screens — so "I should rebook" actually becomes a booking.
📊
Know who's loyal — and who's drifting
Every scan captures who they are, when they visited, and how often. Spot VIPs, catch clients who are slipping away, and send a birthday reward or a "we miss you" offer — all from one dashboard. No more guessing, no more spreadsheets.

Common questions
Sign up for Passtastic, pick a program — a stamp card, a points program, or a membership — and customize it with your salon's logo and colors. Set the reward rules (e.g. "8 visits, get a free upgrade") and share a QR code at your reception desk. Setup takes about five minutes. Clients tap the link and the card goes straight to their Apple or Google Wallet.
