Passtastic is a platform for creating and distributing digital business cards. Users ("you" or "User(s)") can customize cards with personal and business information (e.g., name, email, phone, address, website, logo, photo).
Our Service is designed for business professionals and corporate teams.
To create an account, you must provide a valid email address (or register via Google account) and basic profile information (e.g., name, business name, contact details).
By registering, you agree to (i) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (ii) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate; and (iii) not abuse or misuse the platform.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
You retain all rights to the content (logos, photos, text) you upload. However, by submitting content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for any applicable subscription fees.
We do not offer refunds. You can fully test and evaluate the Service using the Free package before upgrading to a paid plan.
All payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to comply with Stripe's Terms of Service for payment processing.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, trademarks, and logos) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading or creating business cards, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service's accuracy, reliability, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific subscription period during which the incident occurred (or an equivalent of 100 EUR if no payment was made).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless (including our officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your (i) breach of these Terms, (ii) misuse of the Service, (iii) violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
These Terms become effective as soon as you use or access the Service.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
