A card with your logo and colours in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The order confirmation has an "Add to Wallet" button, so there is no app to download and no password to remember.
One balance, online and in your shop
Points earned in your Shoper store and points given at your counter land in the same balance, so customers never have to think about where they earned them.
Rewards they use in the basket
Each reward comes as a code on the card. It works once, stays valid for 30 days, and the customer enters it in the basket.

When can I install it?
Passtastic is not in the Shoper App Store yet. Use the button at the top of this page and we will write to you the day it is listed.
Do I have to add my customers myself?
No. Customers are added to your Shoper customer list by email, unless you switch that off. Someone who joins at your shop counter without an email is linked to their account on their first online order.
Does Shoper's own points programme stay on?
Yes, but only to show the balance. In Shoper, under "Marketing → Program lojalnościowy", leave the module on, untick "Zakupy w sklepie", "Zapis do newslettera" and "Dodanie opinii o produkcie", untick "Włącz wiadomość informującą o zmianie liczby punktów", and set exchange to "wymiana tymczasowo nieaktywna". A checklist in Passtastic guides you through it, so the two programmes never both give points.
What if the buyer has no account in my store?
They still get the card and keep their points in Passtastic. Shoper's account page shows points only to registered customers, so a guest sees them on the card, not in your store.

What exactly does Passtastic write into my Shoper?＋
Three things: your customers, added to the Shoper customer list by email (unless you switch that off), changes to a customer's points, and single-use reward codes. Nothing else.
Do cancellations and returns take points back?＋
Yes. When an order is cancelled or returned, the points it earned are taken back, and the balance never goes below zero. Shipping never earns points.
What if staff scan the card and the customer also orders online?＋
It is one balance. Points given at the counter and points from online orders are added together, and each order earns points once.
How do reward codes work?＋
Customers get a reward code from the card. Each code works once and is valid for 30 days, and the customer enters it in the basket.
Which package do I need?＋
Single Location is 74 PLN a month, Multi-Location 186 PLN and Groups & Brands 599 PLN, all net and billed by Shoper. The right one depends on your locations: one location, several locations, or groups and brands.
Do my customers need an app?＋
No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. No new account and no password either.
