A card with your logo and colours in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers who already have an account in your store fill in nothing: the link goes straight to "Add to Wallet". No app, no new account, no password.

A welcome, a thank-you after an order, a birthday gift, a nudge when they've gone quiet. Set them up once and they send themselves, with no cost per message.
The same points as in your store
The card shows the customer's points balance from your IdoSell store, kept in sync automatically. They use their points in your store exactly as before.

Exactly the right customers

Does anything change in my store?
No. Your IdoSell points program keeps running exactly as you set it up: same points, same rules, same checkout. Passtastic never touches your product catalogue, stock, payments or shipping.
Do I have to add my customers myself?
No. New customers who create an account in your store get their card automatically, and your existing ones come over from IdoSell in one click. Someone who joins at your shop counter is added to your IdoSell customer list for you.
Will my customers get emails from Passtastic?
Only one, with their card, and only if they agreed to emails from your store. You can switch it off and invite customers yourself instead.
When do points appear on the card?
When IdoSell credits them. IdoSell adds the points for an order once the order is completed, not the moment it's paid, and the card usually picks up the new balance within an hour. Bonus points from Passtastic go in as soon as they're given.
What happens if I uninstall?
Your customers' cards stay in their wallets and keep working. Your Passtastic dashboard becomes read-only until you turn the app back on, and your settings are kept.

Do I need to change or switch off my IdoSell points?＋
No. Keep them switched on: that's how your customers use their points in your store. Passtastic only adds bonus points on top.
What exactly does Passtastic write into my IdoSell?＋
Two things. Bonus points you give go into the customer's points balance, each with a note so you can find it. And a customer who joins through the card at your shop counter is added to your customer list with the details they gave (name, email, phone and address, which IdoSell requires), plus a reference code that links them to their card. Nothing else: no products, prices, stock, orders, payments or shipping.
Do returns take points back?＋
IdoSell handles your own points as usual. Any Passtastic bonus points from a returned order are taken back automatically. If the customer has already spent them, we take back only what's left, so the balance never goes below zero.
Do my customers need an app?＋
No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. No new account and no password either.
Can my staff scan the card in a physical shop?＋
Yes, with our free scanner app. Points given at the counter go into the same IdoSell balance as the ones from online orders.
What about customers who order without an account?＋
An order placed as a guest has no customer account in IdoSell, so that customer doesn't get a card automatically. They can still join through your card's link or QR code.
