A loyalty program that runs from Loggro Restobar.
Passtastic works with Loggro Restobar. When your staff pick the customer before taking payment, the sale adds stamps or points to their wallet card, usually within two minutes. A free item they have earned is given as a courtesy in Restobar, and it comes off their card. Connect once with a Restobar login, no developers.

What happens when they pay.
Your members are already in Restobar
When someone joins your program, Passtastic adds them to your Restobar customers: name, phone and email. At the register your team searches by phone and picks them, instead of typing a new customer in with a queue behind them.
Their card updates in about two minutes
The wallet card on their phone shows the new stamps or points shortly after the sale is paid, so nobody has to ask what they are owed.
Free-item rewards are given in Restobar
A full stamp card or an item from your points catalogue: staff ring up the item as a courtesy for that customer, and the reward comes off their card. Nothing to scan.
Your team keeps the flow they already have.
Earning stays inside Restobar: pick the customer, take payment. Nothing new to learn at the register.
Pick the customer before payment
Tap Buscar cliente, type the customer's phone number and select them from the list; typing a name without selecting leaves the sale on Consumidor Final. They are normally already there, because Passtastic adds your members to Restobar. A sale left on Consumidor Final earns nothing.
Stamps or points post on their own
Stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale. Points and level cards earn by the points rule on the card, for example one point per 1,000 pesos.
Give the reward as a courtesy
Camila's stamp card is full and she wants her free lemonade. Your cashier rings up the lemonade, switches on Es cortesía, picks Camila and taps Guardar: her card starts again. Discount rewards, like 10% off, level perks and campaign offers are confirmed by scanning her card in the Passtastic Scanner app.

Set up in 3 steps.
Connect your Restobar
Add a user called Passtastic in Restobar, then sign in with it on the Loggro Restobar page in Passtastic. We use the password once and never store it. One published points, level or stamp card is all you need first.
Choose which programs earn
Switch on the stamp, points and level cards that should earn from Restobar sales. Every register in your Restobar counts, and together they use one scan point.
Link each free-item reward
For each reward, pick the Restobar product your staff ring up to give it, for example the lemonade on a coffee stamp card. A courtesy of that product for a member redeems the reward.
The concerns we hear most.
Which Restobar can connect?
Any Loggro Restobar business with an active subscription. There is no add-on to buy from Loggro. One Restobar business connects to one Passtastic business; if you run several branches, tell us before you start.
Will my past sales be credited?
No. Earning starts the moment you connect, so sales already in Restobar are not credited backwards. Everything paid from then on earns, as long as the tab is paid within 48 hours of being opened.
Do I need a developer to connect?
No. You add one user in Restobar and sign in with it in Passtastic. It takes a few minutes and there is nothing to install.
Will this slow down my line?
No. The only addition is picking the customer with their phone number before taking payment, which takes a few seconds.
Does Restobar use up my scanner allowance?
Your whole Restobar counts as one register and uses one scan point, the same allowance your staff scanners draw from: three on Single Location, nine on Multi-Location, thirty on Groups & Brands.
Loggro Restobar and Passtastic, answered.
Which card types work with Loggro Restobar?+
Points, level and stamp cards, including cards that start with a welcome coupon once it turns into one of them. Stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale; points and level cards earn by the points rule on the card. Other coupons, bundles and memberships cannot earn from Restobar sales.
Do I have to add my customers to Restobar myself?+
No. Everyone who joins your program is added to your Restobar customers on their own, and the members you already had are added in the background. Somebody Restobar already has under the same phone number or email is linked, not duplicated. If a member can't be added because Restobar needs an ID number we don't have, that member is not added and your Passtastic page tells you so: staff can then add them in Restobar with their phone number. Programs that earn from Restobar also show an optional ID number (cédula) field on the sign-up form, and members who fill it in are added with it. Staff can always type the cédula in Restobar's **Documento** field at the register. You can switch this off at any time.
What exactly do you write into my Restobar?+
Only customers: your loyalty members, with name, phone, email and a note that starts with Passtastic so you can recognise them. We read your sales, courtesies and product list. We do not create or change products, prices or sales, and removing a member in Passtastic never deletes their Restobar customer.
Do voided sales take stamps and points back?+
Yes. Void a sale in Restobar and what it earned comes off the customer's card, usually within two minutes, as long as the void is within 48 hours of the sale being opened. A card never drops below zero, so if the customer has already spent the points it stops there.
Can my staff still scan the card — won't that give points twice?+
They can, and for discount rewards and campaign offers they have to. But a scan and a sale count separately, so if staff scan the card and also pick the customer on the same sale, the customer is credited twice. For earning, pick the customer in Restobar; scan the card only for discount rewards and campaign offers.
What if the customer isn't picked on the sale?+
A sale left on Consumidor Final earns nothing, and it cannot be attached to the customer afterwards. If your staff notice while the customer is still there, scanning their card adds the stamp; later on, you can add the stamps or points by hand from the Customers page in your dashboard.
Which rewards can staff give in Restobar?+
Free items: the reward on a full stamp card and items from your points catalogue, each linked to the Restobar product your staff ring up. A discount reward, like 10% off, can't be recognised in Restobar, so staff confirm it by scanning the customer's card. Level perks and campaign offers work the same way.
Restobar already counts points for my customers. Is that a problem?+
No. Restobar keeps its own points counter on each customer. It is separate from Passtastic and your customers never see it, so you can ignore it. They only see the stamps and points on their wallet card.
