A loyalty program that runs from Siigo POS.
Passtastic works with Siigo POS and Siigo Nube. When your staff pick the customer by their ID number before taking payment, the paid sale adds stamps or points to their wallet card, usually within a few minutes. Connect once with your Siigo API key, no developers.

What happens when they pay.
Your members are already in Siigo
When someone joins your program, Passtastic adds them to your Siigo customers with their ID number, name, mobile phone (Colombian numbers) and email. At the register your team types the ID number and picks them, instead of typing a new customer in with a queue behind them.
Their card updates in minutes
The wallet card on their phone shows the new stamps or points shortly after the sale is paid, so nobody has to ask what they are owed.
Voids and credit notes are handled
Annul an invoice and what it earned comes off the card. A credit note for part of a sale takes back that part.
Your team keeps the flow they already have.
Earning stays inside Siigo POS: pick the customer, take payment. Nothing new to learn at the register.
Pick the customer before payment
Open Cliente, type the customer's ID number (cédula) and select them. They are normally already there, because Passtastic adds your members to Siigo. A sale left on Consumidor Final earns nothing.
Stamps or points post on their own
Stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale. Points and level cards earn by the points rule on the card, for example one point per 1,000 pesos. The tip is never counted.
Give the reward with a scan
Valentina's stamp card is full and she wants her free tinto. Your cashier scans her card in the Passtastic Scanner app and confirms the reward, then rings up the tinto as usual. Her card starts again.

Set up in 3 steps.
Connect your Siigo
Copy your API user and access key in Siigo Nube, under Alianzas, and paste them on the Siigo page in Passtastic. One published points, level or stamp card is all you need first.
Choose which sales earn
Keep on the document types your registers use, and switch off office or credit invoices. Only invoices paid when they are issued earn.
Choose which programs earn
Switch on the stamp, points and level cards that should earn from Siigo sales. Your Siigo company uses one scan point.
The concerns we hear most.
Which Siigo can connect?
Siigo Nube with access to the Siigo API, with your sales rung up in Siigo POS or issued as invoices in Siigo Nube. One Siigo company connects to one Passtastic business.
Will my past sales be credited?
No. Earning starts the moment you connect, so sales already in Siigo are not credited backwards. Everything paid from then on earns.
Do I need a developer to connect?
No. You copy two values in Siigo Nube and paste them in Passtastic. It takes a few minutes and there is nothing to install.
Will this slow down my line?
No. The only addition is picking the customer by their ID number before taking payment, which takes a few seconds.
Does Siigo use up my scanner allowance?
Your Siigo company counts as one register and uses one scan point, the same allowance your staff scanners draw from: three on Single Location, nine on Multi-Location, thirty on Groups & Brands.
Siigo and Passtastic, answered.
Which card types work with Siigo?+
Points, level and stamp cards, including cards that start with a welcome coupon once it turns into one of them. Stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale; points and level cards earn by the points rule on the card. Other coupons, bundles and memberships cannot earn from Siigo sales.
Do I have to add my customers to Siigo myself?+
No. Everyone who joins a program that earns from Siigo gives their ID number (cédula) on the sign-up form, where it is required, and Passtastic adds them to your Siigo customers. Somebody Siigo already has with the same ID number is linked, not duplicated. You can switch this off at any time. Because the cédula is required, someone without a Colombian cédula, such as a visitor with only a passport, cannot join that program. Members who joined before you connected are added too, if they already gave a valid ID number.
What exactly do you write into my Siigo?+
Only customers: your loyalty members, with ID number, name, mobile phone (Colombian numbers), email and a comment that starts with Passtastic so you can recognise them. We read your invoices, credit notes and sales document types. We never create or change invoices, products or prices, and removing a member in Passtastic never deletes their Siigo customer.
Do voids and refunds take stamps and points back?+
Yes. Annul an invoice in Siigo and everything it earned comes off the customer's card. A credit note for part of a sale takes back that part, and you can switch that off. A card never drops below zero, so if the customer has already spent the points it stops there.
Can my staff still scan the card — won't that give points twice?+
For rewards and campaign offers they scan, as today. For earning, pick the customer in Siigo POS and do not also scan: a scan and a sale count separately, so doing both credits the customer twice.
What if the customer isn't picked on the sale?+
A sale left on Consumidor Final earns nothing, and staff need to pick the member in Cliente before charging. If your staff notice while the customer is still there, scanning their card adds the stamp; later on, you can add the stamps or points by hand from the Customers page in your dashboard.
Which sales earn?+
Paid invoices on the sales document types you switch on, usually your registers, made after you connect. An invoice sold on credit never earns, not even after it is paid later, and sales to Consumidor Final never earn. The tip is never counted.
I also use Loggro Restobar. Will sales earn twice?+
Not if you set it up once: Loggro sends its sales to Siigo too, so keep Loggro's document types switched off on the Siigo page. They start switched off when Loggro is already connected, and the page marks them for you. Those sales then earn once, through Loggro.
