Your IdoSell Loyalty Programme
How your card works with your shop
You installed Passtastic from the IdoSell Apps catalogue, so your loyalty card and your shop are already linked — there is nothing to connect. The card your customers add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet mirrors the points balance from your IdoSell shop: when a customer earns or spends points in your shop, their wallet card shows the same number.
The important part is that nothing changes in your shop. Your customers keep earning and spending points at checkout exactly as before — the same points, the same rules you set in IdoSell. Passtastic simply gives those points a home in the wallet and lets you reach customers on their phone.
One thing to know: there is one loyalty programme per IdoSell panel. All your shop's customers share the same card.
Bonus points on top of your IdoSell programme
Your shop's own points keep accruing as before. On top of them, you can hand out extra points from Passtastic — for order milestones, VIP levels, and in-store visits.
Open Programs, open your card, go to Setup, and open Points & reward. There you'll find Bonus points on top of your IdoSell programme, with three ways to give bonus points:
- Order bonus — extra points on every N-th paid order. For example, reward every 5th order with a handful of bonus points.
- VIP levels — a standing bonus on every order once a customer reaches a level. When you switch this on, existing customers get their level from their last 12 months of orders; the bonuses start from that moment on.
- In-store scan — points for a visit to your physical shop, awarded by your Passtastic scanner.
Every bonus credit is capped, so a single order can't hand out more than the limit you set. And returns take a bonus back: if a customer returns an order, the bonus points from that order are removed again.
Bonus rules save separately from the card, and they apply from the next paid order.
Messages
When bonus points land, your customer reads a short line on their phone. You write those lines under Messages, in the same Bonus points panel.
You can edit the sentence for each kind of bonus, and drop the live numbers in with these tokens:
- `[points]` — the bonus points on this order
- `[order]` — which order it was (the 5th, for example)
- `[level]` — the VIP level's name
- `[shop]` — your shop's name
- `[bonus]` — the standing bonus a level earns per order
There is also a `[punkty]` token, which only appears when you're writing in Polish — it makes the word "point" agree with the number in front of it.
Prefer the wording we ship? Reset to default puts the original sentence back. The language a message is sent in is your shop's language — you'll see "Sent in Polish" or "Sent in English" next to the editor.
Campaigns
Campaigns bring customers back on their own, and bonus points they hand out land in the IdoSell balance automatically. Open your card, stay on Overview, and click Set up a campaign (or the Campaigns tab).
The ones that fit a shop best are:
- Welcome new customers — a hello the moment someone adds your card.
- Birthday treat — a gift on their birthday. The birthday comes from your shop's customer record, so there's nothing for the customer to fill in.
- Win back quiet customers — a nudge to someone who hasn't ordered in a while.
- Say thanks after an order — a follow-up after each paid order.
- When points reach a number — catch a customer who is close to a reward and nudge them to finish.
One thing to know: a campaign reaches a customer on their phone only if they've saved the card. A customer who hasn't added it to their wallet yet gets no push — which is exactly why importing and inviting your shop's customers (below) is worth doing early.
Segments
Open Customers. At the top you'll see ready-made groups you can filter and message in one tap:
- New buyers
- Active buyers
- At risk
- Dormant
- one group per VIP level you set up
Want a group of your own? Create a custom segment — it can filter on Orders, using Orders placed and Last order, so you can build things like "ordered 3+ times but not in the last 60 days" and message exactly that group.
Import your shop's customers
Your shop already has customers — bring them in so they can save the card and hear from you. Open Customers and click Import from IdoSell (it's also on your card's Overview, under Bring your shop's customers in).
What comes over: name, e-mail, phone, birthday and marketing consents, straight from your shop.
The invite: choose how to invite them to save the card — Email (free) or SMS (uses credits). Invites only go to customers who gave the matching consent in your shop; anyone without consent is skipped, and so is anyone already on your card.
You can run the import again later to pick up new customers — people already imported are skipped, so a re-run only adds who's new. Customers you've erased stay out; a re-run won't bring them back.
Consents
Consent follows your shop. Your customers' newsletter e-mail and SMS approvals in IdoSell become their consent here — that's what decides who can be invited and messaged.
If a customer unsubscribes on the Passtastic side, that is respected even if your shop still shows them as approved — an unsubscribe always wins.
Wallet push messages need no consent at all: they're a wallet feature, and a customer who doesn't want them can simply turn notifications off for the card in their wallet.
Customers you can't delete
A customer who came from your IdoSell shop is owned by your shop, so Passtastic won't plain-delete them. The one way to remove such a customer here is to erase them (an admin-only action under Delete permanently), which clears your Passtastic copy — and you'll be reminded that the customer still exists in IdoSell, so erase them there too if you want them fully gone.
For the same reason, the linked card can't be deleted while the IdoSell app is installed. Uninstall the app first (see Billing) if you ever need to remove the card.
Billing
Your Passtastic subscription is managed in IdoSell, not in the Passtastic dashboard. To see or change it, go to your IdoSell panel and open Apps → My applications.
If you uninstall Passtastic in IdoSell, your customers' cards keep working — they stay in their wallets — but your Passtastic dashboard becomes read-only until the app is enabled again. Your bonus rules and campaign settings are kept, so re-installing picks up where you left off.
