Automatic rewards with every Holded ticket.
Passtastic works with Holded TPV: when a sales receipt carries a customer, the stamps or points land on their loyalty card in their wallet. Set up with one API key, no developers.

What happens when they pay.
The checkout stays the same
Your staff close the sale the way they always do. The only addition is putting the customer on the ticket in Holded. Per visit for stamps, or by the rule you set for points.
Their card shows the new balance
The wallet card on their phone shows the new balance, so nobody has to ask how many points they have at the next visit.
Rewards are applied in Holded
When the card is full or the points are there, the customer sees the reward on their wallet card and your staff apply it in Holded at checkout.
Your team keeps the flow they already have.
Earning stays inside Holded: put the customer on the ticket, take payment. Nothing new to learn at the counter.
Put the customer on the ticket
Pick the customer in Holded TPV before you close the sale. A ticket without a customer does not earn.
The stamp or points post to their wallet card
Stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale. Points and level cards earn by the rule you set on the card, for example one point per euro.
Give the reward
Confirm the customer's card in the Passtastic Scanner app, then apply the reward in Holded.

Set up in 3 steps.
Connect your Holded account
Paste your Holded API key and click Connect Holded. One published loyalty card (points, level or stamp) is all you need first.
Choose which cards earn
Turn on your points, level and stamp cards. For points and level cards, set how much each sale earns. Stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale, nothing to set.
Put the customer on the ticket
From the next sale, tickets with a customer post the stamp or points. That is the whole change at the counter.
The concerns we hear most.
How does the system know what they bought?
For points and level cards, the rule you set on the card decides how much a sale is worth, for example one point per euro. Stamp cards need no rule: every paid sale that carries a customer earns one stamp.
What if the ticket has no customer on it?
It won't earn automatically. A sale can still be attributed to the customer later the same day if the ticket is updated before the day closes. After that, it can no longer be matched.
Do I need a developer to connect?
No. Paste one API key from Holded Settings → Developers → Credentials, no OAuth. Connecting takes a few minutes.
Will this slow down my line?
Nothing changes at the counter. The only addition is putting the customer on the ticket before you close the sale.
Holded and Passtastic, answered.
Which card types work with Holded?+
Points, level and stamp cards. For points and level cards you set how much each sale earns; stamp cards earn one stamp per paid sale. Coupons, bundles and memberships can't earn from Holded sales.
Does it work outside Spain?+
It works wherever Holded TPV works. Passtastic itself works in every country.
Can rewards be redeemed inside Holded?+
No, not automatically. Holded doesn't show reward status at checkout, so your staff confirm it first, then apply the reward in Holded as a normal discount or free item.
