Your Free Trial: How It Works and What Happens at the End
The short version
- Days 1 to 14: everything is on. No card needed.
- 3 days before the end: you see your price. We tick what you actually used.
- Day 15: you pay only for what you kept. Anything else pauses. Nothing is deleted.
This guide is for accounts on Loyalty, bookings + app. If your plan strip shows Single Location, Multi-Location or Groups & Brands, see Upgrade or reactivate your plan.
What's on during the trial
Everything: Loyalty, bookings + app and all four packs (Bring customers back, Know your customers, Win new customers and Connect your POS). Go ahead and set things up. The first time you open something that is part of a pack, you see Included in your free trial and can start right away.
During the trial you can have up to:
- 3 locations
- 9 scanners
- 5 people with a login, you included
- 5 loyalty programs
- 1 business

Three days before the end: see your price
From 3 days before your trial ends, the top of your dashboard says Your free trial ends on the date, with See my price. You can also open it any day of the trial: See my price sits on the plan strip under the Settings title and at the top of Subscription & Billing. We also send you an email with your price three days before the end.
See my price opens Keep what you used:
1. We tick what you used during the trial: the packs you set something up with, and any extra locations, scanners, logins or programs.
2. Each pack shows what you used and what pauses if you untick it. Untick anything you don't need.
3. Choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly costs about 25% less.
4. Check the total, then click Add a payment card and keep going.
Nothing is charged before your trial ends. The screen says so under the total.
If you add your card early
Adding your card on Keep what you used confirms that set and its total. Three days before the end, the notice tells you what we'll charge and when: On that day we'll charge the total plus tax, if any, for what you chose to keep.
If you start using a pack after confirming, Keep what you used lists it as This will pause unless you add it, with an Add for button. We never charge more than you confirmed without asking you again.
Added a card but didn't choose? Then only Loyalty, bookings + app continues after the trial, and anything else you used pauses. Subscription & Billing reminds you: Choose what to keep before the date. Click See my price to choose.
Day 15
With a card and a choice: we charge what you kept. Everything else pauses.
Without a card: nothing is charged. After a short grace period your account pauses until you choose what to keep. Your customers keep their card in their wallet, but stamps and rewards wait until you continue. When you log in you see Your free trial has ended; click See my price to open Keep what you used, add your card, and everything picks up where it left off.
Nothing is deleted
What you don't keep pauses: your messages, questions and settings stay saved, and your customers' cards keep working. Each paused item shows Paused · part of and the pack's name, with Turn back on. See Packs & add-ons for what each pack does while paused.
If you used more locations, scanners, logins or programs than you keep, you choose which ones stay on. The rest are switched off, not deleted, and you can turn them back on later.
Who chooses
Only the account owner sees See my price and can add a card. Everyone else on the team sees The free trial ends on the date, and that your business's owner chooses what to keep. Everything keeps working until then.
