Editing Your Card (the Setup Tab)

After a program is published, you edit the card right inside the program — on the Setup tab. There's no separate editor to open: change what you need, then save. Everything saves together.

Looking for the wider page? See Your Program Page: a Tour.

Getting to Setup

1. Click Programs in the sidebar and open your program.

2. Click the Setup tab — or click Edit card in the header, which takes you to the same place.

How saving works

Setup is a single editable surface. As you make changes you'll see Changes go live when you save near the top, and a Save changes button. Click it once you're done and it becomes All changes saved. Your edits only reach customers' cards after you save.

View only? If your role is Viewer, Setup shows a View only badge and there's no Save button. To make changes, ask an Owner or Admin to raise your role — see Team Roles & Permissions.

What you can edit

Setup is split into a few cards. Open the one you need:

Design

Logo, photo, and colours — the look of the wallet pass. Pick brand colours and upload your logo and a background/strip image.

Card details

The card's name and what it says — the rows of text on the back of the pass (hours, terms, "how it works", links, and so on).

  • Add, edit, remove, and reorder the detail rows.
  • Mark a row as a tappable link to make a website or phone number open directly from the pass.

Rewards (the label depends on your card type)

  • Stamps & reward — how many stamps to complete, and what the customer gets.
  • Points & reward — how customers earn points and what they redeem them for.
  • Levels & benefits — the tiers and what each unlocks.
  • For coupons, this is where you set the offer and (for welcome coupons) what the card becomes after it's redeemed.

Sign-up info

What you ask people for when they join.

  • Toggle the basics: name, email, phone, birthday.
  • Add custom questions (short answer, multiple choice, yes/no) on supported plans.
  • You must keep at least one field when sign-up collection is on.
  • Optionally offer a bonus coupon to returning customers, or require email confirmation before the card is added.

Nearby reminders

Send a notification when a customer is near one of your locations. Add a location, set the radius and message, and toggle the reminders on. (Turning the section off keeps your saved locations — it just stops the reminders.)

Tips

  • Test before you rely on it. Use Test card in the header to install a copy on your phone and check how edits look.
  • One save covers everything. You can touch design, details, and sign-up in one sitting and save once.
  • Drafts vs published. Brand-new cards are built in the create-a-program flow; once published, all edits happen here on Setup.

Common questions

Where did the old "Edit Card Design" editor go?
It's now the Setup tab. The Edit card button in the header simply opens it. Design *and* everything else about the card live in one place.
Do my changes go live immediately?
Only after you click Save changes. Until then you can keep editing freely.
Why is the Save button missing?
Your role is view-only. Owners and Admins (and Editors) can save; Viewers can't.
