Cancel or Change Your Subscription
Switch between monthly and yearly
1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. Under Billing & plan, open Subscription & Billing.
3. In Subscription Details, click Switch to Yearly. The button shows how much you'd save.
4. Confirm.
Read this before you switch. Yearly means you pay for the whole year today, not a smaller monthly amount. We take the full year's price and subtract a credit for the part of this month you've already paid for — so the charge that lands on your card is close to a full annual price, not a small top-up.
Over twelve months yearly is cheaper. On the day you switch, it's a big single charge.
Your renewal date also moves to the day you switch.
Switched by mistake? Message us in the chat and we'll move you back to monthly and refund the difference. We do it by hand, so tell us as soon as you notice.
Change your plan
Open Settings → Billing & plan → Plans to compare plans and pick a different one. You can also use Upgrade Subscription on the Subscription & Billing page.
Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Downgrades apply straight away too, so check the smaller plan's limits first. If your plan puts limits on them, that page shows your current usage — Locations, Scanners and Team Members, each as "used / included". If you're over what the smaller plan allows, remove the extras before you downgrade.
Add extras instead of changing plan
If you only need one more location or scanner, you don't have to move up a whole plan. The Add-ons section on the same page lets you add them individually, billed monthly on top of your plan. See Understanding plan limits.
Cancel your subscription
1. Open Settings → Billing & plan → Subscription & Billing.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
3. Tell us why if you'd like — it's optional and it genuinely helps us.
4. Click Confirm cancellation. Changed your mind mid-way? Keep subscription backs out safely.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Nothing is deleted at that moment.
What happens to my cards after I cancel?
Your account and all your data stay. Nothing is erased.
Once the paid period ends, your dashboard is limited and your programs stop running — staff can't add stamps or points, and customers can't redeem. The passes stay installed in your customers' wallets, so when you resubscribe, everything picks up where it left off without your customers doing anything.
Does cancelling delete my account?
No. Cancelling ends the billing; your account stays. If you want the account itself removed, that's a separate action — see Delete your account.
Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-period?
Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by default — you keep your access until the end of it instead.
If you were charged in error, or you switched plans by mistake, that's different. Message us in the chat and we'll sort it out.
Who can cancel or change the plan?
Only the account owner. Admins and editors can run your programs day to day, but billing is owner-only.
Not sure which plan fits? Message us in the chat — we'll look at what you're actually using and tell you honestly.
