Using the Customers Page

The Customers page (in the sidebar) is where everyone who's joined your programs lives. Use it to find people, look at a customer, and act on one or many at once.

Finding people

  • Segments — the row of chips at the top groups your members automatically: *All Customers*, *Ready to Redeem*, *Inactive (7+ days)*, *Active Loyalty Users*, *New Customers*, *Redeemed*, and more. Click a chip to filter the list to that group. Counts next to each chip update live.
  • Search — type a name or email to jump to a member.
  • Filter — narrow by card/program and other attributes.
  • New segment — save your own segment (e.g. "lapsed > 30 days") to reuse it later. (Custom segments depend on your plan.)

Each row shows the member's name, program, status (e.g. *Card in wallet*, *Pending install*, *Removed*), visits, progress, last activity, and spend.

Opening a customer

Click any row to open the customer's detail panel — their progress, history, and the actions you can take on that single person.

Acting on many at once (bulk actions)

1. Tick the checkbox on each row you want (or use Select all), or open a segment to act on everyone in it.

2. In the bar that appears, click Actions.

3. Pick what to do:

  • Add stamp / Add points — credit the selected members.
  • Send a message — push a one-off notification to the selection.
  • Plus card-specific actions (redeem, remove, restore) depending on the selection.

Bulk actions need an Editor role or higher. If you're a Viewer, the Actions button is hidden — see Team Roles & Permissions.

Header actions

Along the top of the page:

  • Add Customer — add someone manually.
  • Generate Codes / Send invitation — bring people on via codes or an invite.
  • Messages history — see what you've sent.
  • Export — download your customer data (see Export Customer Data).

Common questions

How do I add points for an online order?
Tick the customer (or open them) and use Add points — handy when there's no in-store scan. For point-of-sale, see POS Systems & Integrations.
Can I message just one group?
Yes — open a segment (or select rows) and use Send a message. For the full messaging guide see Sending Messages to Customers.
Why can't I add points or send a message?
Those need an Editor role or higher. Viewers can browse and search but can't change data.
