Change the Words on Your Card (Rename Points and More)
Most of the text on your card is yours to write — including the word next to the points number. Anything you type is shown on the card exactly as you wrote it, in every language.
Rename "Points" on a points card
Call your points whatever fits your business — Beans, Stars, Coins, Karma.
1. Go to Programs and open your points program. 2. Open the Setup tab and go to Points & reward. 3. In Label next to the number, type your word (up to 20 characters). 4. Save.
The new word shows on the wallet card next to the balance, on your customer's loyalty page, and in the scanner app. Cards already in your customers' wallets update automatically.
If you leave the field empty, the card shows Balance instead, translated into your customer's language.
The field appears after the program is published — create the card first, then rename the points on the Setup tab.
Name what a bundle counts
On a bundle (a card that holds a number of visits or items, like "10 coffees"), use What are you counting? to say what's in it — for example drinks, classes or visits. That word replaces "Remaining" on the card (up to 30 characters). You set it when you create the bundle, and you can change it later on the Setup tab.
Use your own unit for store credit
Store credit doesn't have to be money. In Currency, choose Something else… and type your unit — Tokens, Game Points, Credits (up to 30 characters, whole numbers only). The balance then reads in that unit on the card, the loyalty page, your customer list and the scanner. See Selling bundles, store credit & memberships yourself.
Name your levels
On a level card, every level has its own name — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or anything you like. Start a name with an emoji to give it a badge. Set them in Levels & benefits → Membership levels on the Setup tab.
Add your own text to the card
On the Setup tab, under Card details:
- Name on the card and Short description — your business name and a line under it.
- Extra details on the card → Add field — your own rows with a label and a value (opening hours, a phone number, a website, a rule). They show on the back of the card; to put one on the front, choose it in Card layout → Custom front field.
Your reward text, offer text, welcome message, sign-up questions and notification texts are also written by you and shown as typed.
What you can't rename
- "Stamps" on a stamp card. The stamp line (for example, "3 more stamps for a free coffee") is translated automatically into your customer's language. You choose the reward and how the stamps look — see Stamps on your card.
- A few small system words, such as Level, Expires and Name — these are translated automatically so every customer reads them in their own language.
