Export Customer Data
What you get
The export downloads a CSV file with all customer profiles that match your current filters. The file includes:
- Name, email, phone number
- Card name and type
- Status (active, redeemed, pending, etc.)
- Created date
- Any custom fields you collect (e.g., birthday, company)
How to export
1. Open Customers from the sidebar.
2. (Optional) Use the filters to narrow down your export:
- Filter by card — select a specific card to export only its customers
- Filter by status — e.g., only active customers
3. Click the Download customers button in the top-right area (next to the search bar).
4. The CSV file downloads automatically to your device. The filename includes today's date (e.g., `passusers_2026-03-25.csv`).
Plan availability
Customer data export is available on Multi-Location and Groups & Brands plans. On the Single Location plan, the button will prompt you to upgrade.
Tips
- Export specific cards only: Select a card from the "Filter by card" dropdown before clicking download. The export will only include customers for that card.
- Open in any spreadsheet app: The CSV works with Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any other spreadsheet tool.
- Use with your email tool: Export your customers and import the CSV into Mailchimp, Brevo, or any email marketing tool to send campaigns. If you want this to happen automatically, check our Connect Zapier guide.
