Delete Your Account
Before you delete
Deleting is permanent and we can't undo it.
If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead. That keeps your account and all your data, and you can come back whenever you want.
Two things worth doing first:
- Export your customers. Open Customers and use Export to download the list — see Export customer data. Once the account is gone, so is that list.
- Cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does not automatically end billing.
Delete your account
1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. Under Account, open Password.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
4. Confirm.
If you still have an active paid subscription, you'll be asked to confirm twice. The first dialog is there because of that subscription. Both look the same, so read carefully — the second confirmation is the one that deletes everything.
You'll be signed out straight away and returned to the login page.
What gets removed
Your organization, cards, campaigns and customer records are all removed. Passes already installed in your customers' wallets stop working — they can't collect stamps or redeem rewards any more.
Can I get my account back afterwards?
No. Deletion is permanent and we can't restore the data. Export anything you need first.
I only want to remove one card, not my whole account
You don't need this page at all. Open the program from Programs and delete or archive just that card. Everything else stays as it is.
I want my data erased, but not my account
Message us in the chat. We can permanently erase individual customer records on request without touching the rest of your account.
Who can delete the account?
The account owner. If you're an admin or editor, you can't delete the organization — ask the owner.
Leaving because something didn't work? Tell us in the chat first — often it's a setting we can fix in a minute.
