Custom & Branded Signup Links

Your default card link

Every card gets an automatic link when you publish it:

`passtastic.io/get-pass/abc123`

This is the link customers use to sign up. You can find it in the Share tab on your card page. It works, but it's not easy to remember or brand.

Per-shop sign-up links & posters

Every published program automatically runs at your Main location via your main link. To track sign-ups at a specific shop, turn that program on there — it gets its own poster, QR and sign-up count.

How to set one up:

1. Open Locations from the sidebar and open the shop.

2. In Programs running here, click Run another program here and pick the program.

3. It now runs at that shop with its own link. Click Poster on the program to download or print its QR — perfect for the counter, window, packaging, or a specific site.

Each shop's program shows its own sign-up count, so you can compare which locations bring the most customers. (Your Main location covers every published program via the main link, so there's nothing to turn on there.)

Business page (branded URL)

Your business page is a branded landing page that shows all your active cards in one place. It has a cleaner URL based on your organization name:

`passtastic.io/your-business-name`

Customers see your logo, social links, location, and all available cards. They pick the one they want and sign up.

How to set it up:

1. Open Business Page from the sidebar.

2. Customize your page — add your logo, links, and social profiles.

3. Share the URL. It's already live.

This is the best option when you want one clean link for everything — put it in your Instagram bio, print it on your business card, or use it as your link-in-bio.

Can I use my own domain?

Passtastic currently doesn't support custom domains (e.g., `loyalty.yourbusiness.com`). All links use the `passtastic.io` domain. However, you can:

  • Use a URL shortener (like Bitly) to create a branded short link that redirects to your Passtastic link
  • Set up a redirect on your own website (e.g., `yourbusiness.com/loyalty` → your Passtastic link)

Common questions

Do I set a custom slug for each link?
No need — each shop's link gets a readable address automatically. To give a program its own poster and numbers at a shop, just turn it on there (see above).
What if I stop running a program at a shop?
Open the shop, find the program under Programs running here, and choose Stop running here. Its poster link stops working; past sign-ups are kept.
How many per-shop links can I create?
It depends on your plan — turning a program on at a shop counts toward your plan's link allowance. If you reach it, you'll be prompted to upgrade or add capacity. See Understanding plan limits.
Which link should I use — card link, per-shop link, or business page?
- One card, one shop → use the default card link - Multiple shops → turn the program on at each shop to compare performance - Multiple cards → use your business page so customers can choose - Social media bio → use your business page URL
