Custom & Branded Signup Links
Your default card link
Every card gets an automatic link when you publish it:
`passtastic.io/get-pass/abc123`
This is the link customers use to sign up. You can find it in the Share tab on your card page. It works, but it's not easy to remember or brand.
Tracking links (custom slugs)
You can create custom links with readable slugs to track where signups come from. These are managed in Locations → Links tab.
How to create one:
1. Open Locations from the sidebar.
2. Go to the Links tab.
3. Click Create Link.
4. Fill in:
- Location — which location this link belongs to
- Card — which card it points to
- Custom Slug — e.g., `downtown-counter` or `instagram-bio` (lowercase, numbers, hyphens)
- Friendly Name — optional label like "Counter QR" or "Window Sticker"
5. Save. Your link will look like:
`passtastic.io/get-pass/abc123/downtown-counter`
Each tracking link shows its own signup count, so you can compare which locations or campaigns bring the most customers.
You can also download a QR code for each link — perfect for printing different codes for your counter, window, packaging, or social media.
Business page (branded URL)
Your business page is a branded landing page that shows all your active cards in one place. It has a cleaner URL based on your organization name:
`passtastic.io/your-business-name`
Customers see your logo, social links, location, and all available cards. They pick the one they want and sign up.
How to set it up:
1. Open Business Page from the sidebar.
2. Customize your page — add your logo, links, and social profiles.
3. Share the URL. It's already live.
This is the best option when you want one clean link for everything — put it in your Instagram bio, print it on your business card, or use it as your link-in-bio.
Can I use my own domain?
Passtastic currently doesn't support custom domains (e.g., `loyalty.yourbusiness.com`). All links use the `passtastic.io` domain. However, you can:
- Use a URL shortener (like Bitly) to create a branded short link that redirects to your Passtastic link
- Set up a redirect on your own website (e.g., `yourbusiness.com/loyalty` → your Passtastic link)
