You'll set:

How many stamps to earn the reward (8-10 stamps works well for most businesses)
What the reward is (keep it simple: "Free coffee", "$5 off", "Free appetizer")
Whether to reset or continue after someone claims their reward

You'll configure:

How customers earn points - per visit (easier) or per dollar spent (more flexible)
What points are worth - like "100 points = $10 off" or "250 points = free entree"

You'll define:

Your tier names (Bronze/Silver/Gold is popular, but use what fits your brand)
How customers advance (usually based on visits or total spending)
Benefits for each level (early access, bigger discounts, free perks)

You'll specify:

Keep rewards realistic. Make sure you can afford to give them away regularly - loyal customers will use these rewards often!
