Test before going live
Always test your card first: 1. Install on your phone: Add the card to your own device 2. Try the features: Scan to add stamps/points and test the reward process 3. Check everything works: Make sure the card looks right and functions properly
Make it live
When you're happy with how it works: 1. Click "Publish" to make your card available to customers 2. Get your sharing materials: Copy the link or download the QR code
Add your first campaign (optional)
After publishing you'll see a prompt: Add your first campaign? This is where you can set up automated rewards — a birthday treat, a welcome bonus, a win-back offer for customers who stop visiting. Pick a template, start from scratch, or skip for now — you can always add campaigns later from your program page.

Start promoting your loyalty program
At your business:
- Print the QR code and place it at your checkout counter
- Train staff to mention the loyalty program to customers
- Put up a small sign: "Join our loyalty program - scan here!"
Online promotion:
- Add the link to your social media bio (Instagram, Facebook)
- Include it in email signatures
- Share it in SMS messages to existing customers
- Post about it on your social media
Pro tip: The first few customers might need a little encouragement to sign up. Consider offering a small "welcome bonus" like a free stamp or points just for joining.
