Add card details
Make your loyalty card look professional and help customers find you. As you fill this out, you'll see a live preview of how it looks.
Your business identity
- Business name: This appears prominently on the card (use your actual business name)
- Tagline: Optional short phrase like "Fresh coffee daily" or "Your neighborhood salon"
- Card title: What you call this specific program ("VIP Club", "Coffee Rewards", "Regular Customer Card")
Contact details (appears on the back of the card)
Add the ways customers can reach you. Only include what you actually want them to use:
- Address - Include if you want customers to visit your location
- Phone - Your main business number
- Website - Your main website URL
- WhatsApp - If you use WhatsApp for customer service
- Social media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn (only add accounts you actively use)
Make it clickable
Turn on "tappable" for any contact method you want to be clickable:
- Tappable address = opens in Maps app
- Tappable phone = opens phone dialer
- Tappable website = opens in browser
- Tappable social = opens the app
Tip: Upload your logo if you have one - it makes the card look much more professional and trustworthy.
