Level cards create VIP tiers that make customers feel special and encourage them to spend more to reach the next level.
How level cards work
Customers start at the bottom tier and earn their way up through visits or spending. Each level offers better perks than the last.
Common tier names:
- Bronze → Silver → Gold
- Member → VIP → Elite
- Regular → Premium → Platinum
- Basic → Preferred → Exclusive
How customers advance
By total spending: Good for retail and restaurants
- Bronze: $0-$199 spent lifetime
- Silver: $200-$499 spent lifetime
- Gold: $500+ spent lifetime
By number of visits: Good for service businesses
- Bronze: 1-9 visits
- Silver: 10-24 visits
- Gold: 25+ visits
