Set locations
Set up location-based reminders that appear on customers' phones when they're near your business.
How location notifications work
When someone with your loyalty card is near one of your shops, they'll get a gentle notification on their lock screen. It's a friendly reminder that they have your loyalty card and can use it. You choose how close: 50–1000 meters per shop (150 by default).
Setting up locations
- Toggle on/off: You can enable or disable this feature entirely
- Your shops: The places are your shops from Locations. Switch on the ones that should remind people nearby. Enter each shop's address once on Locations, picking it from the suggestions
- Custom message: Write what customers see on their lock screen (like "Tap to earn your stamp!" or "Ready to redeem your points?")
- More shops: Need another place? Click Add a shop under the list
Message examples that work well:
- Coffee shop: "Coffee time! Tap to earn your stamp ☕"
- Restaurant: "Hungry? Your loyalty card is ready!"
- Salon: "Time for some self-care? Tap for your points"
- Retail: "Shopping today? Don't forget your rewards!"
Privacy note: This only works if customers allow location access for your card. They can always turn it off if they prefer.
Start simple: Your main shop is already in the list. Confirm its address on Locations, and add more shops later.
