Set locations
Set up location-based reminders that appear on customers' phones when they're near your business.
How location notifications work
When someone with your loyalty card comes within about 100 meters of your store, they'll get a gentle notification on their lock screen. It's a friendly reminder that they have your loyalty card and can use it.
Setting up locations
- Toggle on/off: You can enable or disable this feature entirely
- Add your address: Type it in or drop a pin on the map
- Custom message: Write what customers see on their lock screen (like "Tap to earn your stamp!" or "Ready to redeem your points?")
- Multiple locations: If you have several stores, add them all
Message examples that work well:
- Coffee shop: "Coffee time! Tap to earn your stamp ☕"
- Restaurant: "Hungry? Your loyalty card is ready!"
- Salon: "Time for some self-care? Tap for your points"
- Retail: "Shopping today? Don't forget your rewards!"
Privacy note: This only works if customers allow location access for your card. They can always turn it off if they prefer.
Start simple: Add your main location first. You can always add more stores later from your card settings.
